Whilst we are prepared to go just about anywhere in France to search for properties for you, there can be no doubt that, in this business, it pays to know your own back-yard.

The great thing about France, of course, is that our back-yard is huge!. There is virtually no traffic, so you can cover great distances in a short space of time. We operate regularly, therefore, in a huge swathe of French countryside, encompassing parts of the Dordogne, Correze and Lot, from our base here in St Céré, Lot.

To give you a better idea of our part of France, therefore, we illustrate on the map on the right, our area of operations. This and other maps on this site are schematic, rather than accurate representations of actual terrain, in order to give you a good idea where the various regions, departements, major towns and some of the villages that we refer to throughout the website are to be found. For more accurate maps of our area, we invite you to use the Google Maps service by clicking the various links you will find.
