We are very happy to sign up to the following code of practice.
- We will work in your best interests at all times
- We will listen to you and your requirements and conduct our
property search on that basis
- We will be honest and tell you if we feel that what you instruct
us to find is unrealistic - we will not waste your money on the
unachievable
- In presenting you with a selection of property, we will have
searched the whole local market for you and according to your
brief
- We will make sure that a property offered for sale by an estate
agent is, just that, still for sale
- We will proffer our honest opinion about a property... its minus
points as well as its plus
- We will not seek nor accept any payment from a property seller,
whether they are the property owner themselves or their estate
agent
- We will negotiate the price for you, if required and will tell
you honestly whether we believe it to be a fair price
- We will not seek, nor accept, any payment from a third party
(such as surveyors, insurers, artisans or tradesmen etc) we introduce
to you
- We will accompany you through the whole process of finding and
buying your French home and guide you through the Notaire visits
- We will be on hand to help you after you have bought your French
property should you need us
